I have been using this supplement for about a month. I take three a day, one thirty minutes before each meal. I am eating much smaller portions, leaving leftovers I never left before! If the positive results continue (lost eighteen pounds), I will definitely reorder.

I love this product. Hands down it’s been the best! I’ve been using this product for almost a month now and it does what it says it will do. I have more energy, no cravings, I want to work out a lot more and as a result of this I have lost weight  I take 2 everyday sometimes one. I feel good throughout the day does not make me feel like I have to be up and running like some of these weight loss products.
