Thanks for the help, this clears up LOTS of confusion

Can a pill help you lose weight? That has little argument, the problem is WHICH KIND can help? Your body is always trying to get back to a “normal” weight and there are things we can do to help or hinder it. The right supplement can be an incredible help or a money waster. Yes, I have wasted a lot of money in the past which is why I was thrilled my cousin lent me Weight Loss Success. I didn’t want to read it, but I found myself wondering about it too much not to. I had just bought some herbs, supposedly from Asia, that was supposed to neutralize my cravings but they weren’t seeming to do any good and I wanted to know what Weight Loss Success said.

Boy was I glad I read it. The biggest take-away I got was HOW TO LOCATE A RELIABLE SUPPLIER! The supplement industry is not well regulated, and I’m not a big fan of the government regulating it (aka screwing it up). So we must rely on external sources and private testing. Brant Wright did all the work for us. Here, you learn WHERE to get reliable supplements, WHY you choose one over another, when saving money can hurt us, and finally, I was educated here. I learned WHY such suplements can help or not and that education is something I now can leverage.

The answers I needed – Chinese remedies to my problem

Thanks for this book! I know someone taking Meizitang and he went from 216 to 160 in 6 weeks and plans to go lower. And he’s doing great. He credits it all to Meizitang and I was 100% suspicious. Weight Loss Secrets explained the ins and outs of my options and I couldn’t believe it but Meizitang was one of the suggestions (in soft gel) and it gave background and things to know about it and why it has advantages over some others. Having read Weight Loss Secrets, I feel that I am knowledgable now and can make informed decisions about my health and diet.
