I’ve recently started taking this product last week, and the truth is I lost 3 lbs. Already. I’m still losing weight, so I enjoy taking the product. There’s 2 times and 2 different ways: I prefer before a workout rather than between meals. This product does make you thirsty, so it’s best if you drink a minimum of 32oz. Of wate

 Worked for me!

I took these pills for a few months over year and a half ago, and no joke, I lost approximately 40 lbs, without working out. I did try to watch what I was eating while taking them, but seeing as how my boyfriend can eat 20 times a day and still has a crazy nice body, my attempts at eating less weren’t very fruitful. Despite our still frequent trips to McDonalds and other fatty restaurants, I did lose the above mentioned weight. When I got down to my ideal size, I stopped taking them. It has been over a year and half now, and I am a size 0, weighing 106 lbs, at 5’7. Before my desire to lose weight, I have always been around this size. Drinking and late night eating after drinking caused me to gain those extra 40 lbs. A little underweight for my height, but I do exercise now regularly at my local gym to maintain my weight. I don’t do anything unhealthy as far as starve myself or make myself throw up, or do any type of drugs (just wanted to throw that out there for the naysayers). I didn’t endure any negative side effects with the exception of being excessively thirsty at times. I am not saying that will be true for everyone. I have had friends try them, and some have got the jitters. I recommend them highly to anyone who is serious about losing weight, and wants a jumpstart on the process. Of course working out and watching what you eat will expedite the process, but with me, it wasn’t necessary. If you’re still skeptical, order the pills from Amazon rather than purchase at your nearest store where they will be more in expensive. When I was taking these pills, they were fairly new, and I had to pay $45.99 for one bottle at GNC, and although it was pricy, I do not regret it! May have the best $45.99 I have spent. Whereas I used to feel insecure and sad about my body, now I never am, and I can work out with a new sense of motivation

 Not a fan

I used this product according to the printed instructions, and was completely unimpressed with the results I got. Actually, there were no results. I was just several dollars poorer. I don’t recommend this product.
