5The Yummiest Food Imaginable
By P. Davis
You don’t have to be diabetic to get great things out of this cookbook. I myself am not diabetic but like this book because it is full of recipes that are so delicious and yet so cardio friendly. Your inner health nut and your inner gourmet can both be satisfied! I’ve been working my way through the wonderful recipes and wowing my friends with the results. My fiance, who is generally the least cardio-conscious eater imaginable, actually asks me when I’m going to cook something out of this book because the dishes are so fabulous. The author makes wonderful use of lots of different spices so you don’t miss the salt. I especially recommend the “Cinnamon-Rubbed Pork Loin with Roasted Apples & Onions”.

5diabetic cookbook
By Diana L. Mackenzie
This Prevention Diabetic Cookbook is wonderful. It not only is full of great recipes, but facts about what refined white flour and sugar do to our systems as a diabetic and/or a non-diabetic person. These are facts that should be taught in school. This information would be a wonderful bit of knowledge as to why Americans are in an obesity epidemic.

5Great book with good recipes and information.
By Lee
As a diabetic I wanted a cookbook that would help me increase not only a better eating plan, but help me add more fiber. I have seen a significant inprovement in my numbers as I have made fiber rich glycemic choices and added these recipes.

But this book is also more than a cookbook, as I was surprised to find it also has much information and inspiration for dealing with diabetes.

It is worth the buy.
