5It has so many weight loss recipes and meal plans!

I have been struggling with some serious weight and have tried all types of weight loss diet but none seems to work. After reading this book it kind of because easy to stay on a diet.It is so full of great information and easy recipes that are quick, low in calories and delicious! I would say it was worth every cent I spent because I am finally on a diet that works great for me.

This recipe book is fabulous! We have made numerous recipes from it and we haven’t had one yet that I didn’t like. This is a great recipe book for anyone intensely watching their weight, eating for one. We try recipes almost daily. Easy step by step instructions with all the nutrition info we need to manage in weight watchers! You gotta get this books!

I like to own recipe books and try new recipes and techniques. This recipe book fits nicely into my collection. I’ve enjoyed trying new ways to cook things and new ingredients, or familiar ingredients in new ways. These recipes have helped me revitalize my weight loss efforts.
