This Stuff works

If you have a problem with eating double up on this stuff you won’t eat for 6 hours.

This is one of the only Hoodia products that works for me personally. I’ve tried several others over the years and some are better than others. At times, I would need to take up to 1000 mg to feel the effect, but with this product 500 mg is definitely enough. Everyone has different body chemistry, but for me this one was effective.

This product doesn’t help you lose weight

I have lost no weight using this and it doesn’t decrease my hunger. Instead it causes side effects such as diarrhea.
